Entrepreneur Journal Week 06

Are you ready to be an entrepreneur? This week, I asked myself that question. Am I ready to be an entrepreneur? Being an entrepreneurial mother will be hard, difficult, and maybe exhausting. I do not have the time a single adult has to start a business. Even though this is some aspects against me; I can see positive aspects like understanding better that changes can be part of growth instead of a negative sign. I can find ways to involve my family in the process and my kids can learn from this experience. Together, we can find what will work best for the family, individually and as a business. I had been working on waking up early, and I can tell you, my day is better. My time is more productive, and I am more alert. "The most valuable thing we have is time." It is one of the concepts that resonate most with me. Why? because it made me wonder what I am doing with my time. How am I using it? and What am I going to do now? I recognized that some days I waste my time, but now I ...

The Right Question How can someone know what is the passion? I had felt and steel feeling like Randy Komesar. I have a portfolio of passions. Now I recognized that it is normal to have a variety, It is also good if you choose only one. From what I see, having a wide pad of opportunities helps you analyze the different options and results. Making the right questions will guide you to find the best path for you. Now, I am not sure if what you choose in one stage of your life will be what you follow for the rest of your life. I would say that something that works for you at this moment could not work in 10 or 20 years, but because of experience and the continued growth of skills a new path could be chosen. It is a topic that I have tested, in the years we can talk about again and I will have a more accurate answer.   I don't know if I am destined to change the world or encourage someone who will. I want to have the faith and courage to find my entrepreneurial calling. I...

Make each day your life experiment This week I learn to find my oil in a way that I understood way much better and I will share this with you. first, you need to do what you love and are better at. The next step is to focus on the things you were born to do; like something that you can do even when you are tired. The last thing is to search for things that people pay you to do. It is an easy way to find your calling as follow the steps. Now something that blow my mind was to know that success comes not because they are good at something but for the better decision made. These decisions are not made under fear, we must believe in ourselves and our business, I will also say to believe in customers to choose our services or products.  Another concept that I would like to share is the pyramid of productivity. I want to relate this to 80/20 work productivity. How do I know that I am being productive, well first it is important to focus on daily tasks, then short-term goals, then long-te...

Honesty and Business Ethics.  Have you ever been in a situation that compromised your ethics? I guess yes, most of us had been in that situation. In the rare case that your answer came to be negative, I would advise you to choose right now what to do, because, at one or another point in life, you will face the situation. This week as you can see, we talked about honesty and business ethics in class. How essential this is not only for business but for life as well. I enjoyed the differences in the world. Differences in speaking, thinking, acting, believing, and more. It makes the world reach diversity. If I can give you some advice, it would be, to be honest always and clean. I had been on both sides, and I can tell you that being honest with God, yourself, and others does not compare with any treasure in this world. I would like to share the formula for success that I learned this week. 1. Get up early 2. Work hard 3. Get your education 4. Find oil 5. Make your ...
