Entrepreneurship, my new pation

 The Finish Line This is my last entrepreneur journal as a student of this class. My final words are to finish your journey. I enjoy the talk of President Monson about finishers wanted, if you have time, please listen to the speech. I also enjoy the story of Tom Monaghan and I admire his willingness to learn and give to others. I will look for ways to share what I have with others. From the launching Leaders videos, I learned to believe in myself, it is something that I still working on. I know this is one of the things holding me to progress as an entrepreneur. I will keep trying until I believe in myself. What is it about? Why do some people have so much confidence and others lack confidence?  Personal Learning During the week I learned that it is okay to work for big companies. Everything is a learning process, and, in the end, it will be an experience to make better decisions and it is a path that will lead you to your entrepreneur goal. I also learn to do what I like to do and find those that have the same interests as me. Find something fun that helps me to progress. Choose something fun as a career, bearing in mind that in a few years, it could change. I also learned that being a generalist is better than specializing in a topic or subject. Pay attention to your mentor's advice and make it happen. Mentors can be anyone that you admire. Every day believe in yourself and when failure comes, it is part of being an entrepreneur. I do not see myself as a young entrepreneur. Virtue and Integrity  Virtue is a behavior with high moral values, while integrity is, to be honest, it is a state to be whole and undivided. Why are these values important for an economy? I believe virtue and integrity will lead to a better society in which everyone looks and cares for others, not only oneself. Related to work or companies, these two values will produce a healthier and better environment for coworkers and clients. Customers will trust employees and will look for their services, and the economy of the place will get better. The real justification for business, according to Charles Handy, "Is to make a profit so that the business can do something more or better." As I have been learning, if I want my business to succeed, I must look to transcend. A Personal View of Money The way I looked at money as a kid was like something that we did not have and that we needed to hide from others because they wanted to still it. Now that I am bigger, the knowledge that I have been acquiring helps me see money as a tool that can be shared, and that helps me keep learning and enjoying some activities in life. I know it is important to work to earn money. For me, it is important to save money and make a budget to spend money on groceries, school, car maintenance, and entertainment. It is also important to share with others; one way to do it is through fast offerings. I know money can be used for wrong activities or good.   As a kid, I saw money as something that couldn't be spent or shared.
